Dish It Out is the Valley’s most exciting high-end culinary event. Your favorite restaurants are going head-to-head in a gourmet melee to knock out childhood hunger. This event has it all: top-shelf talent serving up their signature dishes, live entertainment and the Valley's most innovative chefs battling for the title of Dish It Out Champion. All proceeds benefit the hungry children who count on the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix for safety, meals and opportunity.

Chef Aaron May is a classically French-trained chef with a small empire of Arizona restaurants that are refined, yet approachable. His sophisticated and offbeat creations earned him a place in the Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame as “Chef Extraordinaire.”

Chef James Porter is a leader in Arizona’s local food movement. At Petite Maison, he shares his love for Arizona’s food by featuring farm-to-table dishes that are updated daily and classically prepared.  As a chef at the prestigious Greenbriar Resort, Chef Porter earned the silver and bronze medals in ACF Culinary Salon.

Phoenix native Chef Matt Carter studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and worked for Thomas Keller at the acclaimed French Laundry. His innovative and charming restaurant, Zinc, has been named one of the top French bistros in North America by Food and Wine Magazine.
